With mold design and processing atitscore, slow wire cutting, high-precision EDM, CNC machine tools, engraving machinesand other precision processing equipment have the ability to design and manufacture precision molds for stamping, DMC, injection molding, etc

The stamping process realizes the formation of multiple processes in trimming, punching, multi-process bending, screw threading, riveting and blanking allatonce. The parts are transported to the heat treatment workshop with an unmanned forklift. After being modulated, they are transferred to the welding workshop through the building control elevator system. The products are welded by automatic welding equipment.
